Located at 7745 S Rainbow Blvd, this restaurant has quickly gained a reputation for its impeccable service, top-quality ingredients, and a menu that consistently delivers excellence. Whether you’re a local or a tourist looking for a place to indulge in authentic Japanese cuisine, Omoide is a must-visit destination that promises a memorable culinary journey.

One of the standout features of Omoide is its diverse menu, which caters to both newcomers and seasoned aficionados of Japanese food. The restaurant prides itself on using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create flavorful dishes that transport diners straight to Japan. From classic sushi rolls and sashimi to sizzling hot pots and flavorful ramen bowls, every dish is thoughtfully prepared to delight the senses. What truly sets Omoide apart is the careful attention to detail in each dish, from the precision of the sushi rolls to the rich broth in the ramen. The flavors are bold yet balanced, showcasing the perfect blend of traditional Japanese techniques with a contemporary flair.

The sushi offerings at Omoide are second to none. The restaurant’s selection of nigiri and sashimi is incredibly fresh, with each bite offering a burst of flavor that melts in your mouth. For those who prefer something more adventurous, the specialty rolls are a real treat. The Omoide Roll, with its delicate balance of flavors, is a crowd favorite, featuring tender slices of fish, creamy avocado, and a tangy, savory sauce that elevates the dish. The sushi bar is always a popular spot, where skilled chefs prepare the freshest pieces right before your eyes, ensuring an immersive dining experience.

But sushi isn’t the only thing that shines at Omoide. The ramen, served in steaming bowls of rich, savory broth, is a perfect comfort food, especially on chilly Las Vegas evenings. The Tonkotsu Ramen is a must-try, with its deep, umami-rich broth paired with tender slices of pork, perfectly cooked noodles, and a variety of fresh toppings. The ramen is hearty and filling, yet the flavors are light enough to keep you coming back for more. Omoide also offers a range of other options, from donburi bowls to tempura, each crafted with the same level of care and attention to detail.

For those looking to experience something beyond the typical menu, Omoide’s hot pots are another reason to visit. These are perfect for sharing, offering a social dining experience that allows guests to enjoy the process of cooking their meal at the table. The Shabu-Shabu hot pot, in particular, is a fan favorite, with diners dipping thin slices of meat and vegetables into a bubbling broth to cook them to perfection. It’s a fun and interactive dining experience that perfectly complements the restaurant’s relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

In addition to the food, Omoide’s ambiance plays a significant role in making every meal enjoyable. The restaurant has a cozy, modern feel with sleek wooden tables, soft lighting, and an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. Whether you’re here for a casual lunch, a dinner with friends, or a special occasion, the environment is perfect for a relaxed and intimate experience. The staff is attentive and friendly, always willing to offer recommendations or explain the intricacies of the menu for first-time visitors.

The drink menu at Omoide also enhances the overall dining experience. With a selection of Japanese sake, refreshing cocktails, and premium teas, you can find the perfect beverage to complement your meal. The sake selection is particularly notable, with options ranging from light and crisp to rich and full-bodied, allowing guests to explore different flavor profiles.

Customer reviews of Omoide consistently praise not only the quality of the food but also the excellent service. The restaurant’s reputation for providing a top-tier dining experience is evident from the glowing reviews of both locals and tourists alike. Many visitors have highlighted the welcoming atmosphere and the restaurant’s ability to cater to both traditional tastes and modern sensibilities, ensuring that every guest has a personalized experience.

  • I came here for lunch and noticed they used to have a katsu challenge, not sure if it’s still available. I ordered the ramen, which was delicious with a rich, flavorful, and nicely hot broth. The portion was just right, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I’ll definitely come back next time to try other dishes

  • I was extremely happy with my katsudon set at Omoide. The egg, katsu, benishoga, and onions over rice were just perfection together. It was a delicious, tender cutlet that worked great with the rest of the dish. The set came with miso soup, a small salad, shibazuke, and takuan (I think!). It was so delicious and comforting to eat, definitely brought me back to Japan. The place was very uniquely decorated with a friendly server on my visit. The rest of their menu looked incredible as well. I would definitely recommend Omoide to anybody interested in delicious Japanese food.

  • Omoide is my new favorite for authentic Japanese comfort—everything from the service to the food is top-tier, and the vibe is cozy, modern, and full of heart. If you’re craving real Japanese flavor in Las Vegas, Omoide Noodles & Bowls on Rainbow Blvd is the spot. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere wraps you in warmth—clean, stylish, and just the right amount of intimate. It feels like a place where someone really cared about the details, and it shows. The service? Friendly, fast, and thoughtful. Staff are attentive without hovering, and they’re happy to explain the menu or offer suggestions if you’re torn between the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and the Gyudon Don (both are amazing, by the way). Now the food—this is where Omoide shines. The ramen broth is rich and layered, the noodles have that perfect chew, and the toppings are fresh and generous. The poke bowls are colorful and satisfying, and the gyoza and karaage are crispy little bites of joy. Even the sides like onigiri and potato croquette are worth ordering. You can tell they care about quality and flavor in every dish. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality. You leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. It’s the kind of place that works for a casual lunch, a cozy dinner, or even a quiet celebration. Omoide isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a reminder of how good Japanese food can be when it’s made with care. Definitely a new favorite, and absolutely worth the visit.

  • We ordered multiple dishes starting from the Salmon sashimi, Ebi Don with extra curry, Ton Katsu Curry Don and a Tokotsu ramen. The sashimi tasted good. The Ebi Don consisted of four shrimp and there was an egg on top of it. It tasted really good but the moisture from the fried egg on top made the the shrimp batter soggy really fast. I ordered an extra side of curry but it is not really required as there is a little bit of curry that's served with the rice. All the bowls come with a side of salad, miso soup and pickled veggies. The Tonkotsu ramen was good. The pork chashu was cooked really well. All though there are a lot more options around town, the price point is good at Omoide and the portions size is also good.

  • The Avocado Salmon is our must. We share it. Got the Tonkotsu Ramen, Vegetable Miso, and the Gyudon Don. Everything was so good. The best miso soup we've ever had. Restaurant has a great atmosphere not huge but if you have to wait the service is fast. There was a Birthday party there when we went, they handled the large group well and our service didn't seem impacted. Goooooo!

  • Oh my goodness. We just found our new favorite noodle spot. The chashu pork is oit of this world. Tender and delicious.
